Akın Özkan (b. 1979), a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Communication, Journalism, began his professional career in 1999 as a Publishing Coordinator and professional photographer. Between 2004-2010, he undertook photography and magazine photo editor roles, while also providing political-advertising consultancy. Throughout his career, he has independently provided photography, video, and visual management services to many large institutions and organizations across various sectors. Additionally, standing out with his innovative entrepreneurship approach, he founded an agency, published a magazine, and held management positions as a co-founder of a startup within a Teknopark. He currently continues his work as a visual director and communication specialist.

Born in Samsun in 1992. Some sports-themed documentaries he shot during his university years were broadcast on TV channels. His short films and documentaries have won awards at international film festivals. Continues his professional career as a fashion & product photographer and videographer.
